How does it work?

North East Computer Systems Ltd. will login to your computer once per month to carry out preventative maintenance. This session is instigated by you and DOES NOT mean that we can access your PC any time we want. The connection between NECS and your system is fully secured with 256 Bit encryption. You can view the session and can interact with the engineer.

Furthermore, our extended package offers a full Hardware System Check at our workshop in Gosforth.

Consider that if you use your computer for online purchases, without the proper security in place your system may already be compromised. Identity theft is ripe in the UK and the internet is the new platform for crime syndicates to operate.

HOME MAINTENANCE SOLUTION OPTIONS

Option 1

North East Computer Systems Ltd. will login to your PC once per month. We will check the system is up to date, perform Virus and Advanced Spyware detection, make sure no unnecessary services are running which can slow the system down and make sure no malicious software is running in the background. Other checks include File System Integrity, Software Compatibility, Parental Control and Privacy. We also perform Windows Tweaking to make the system operate in a more user friendly way.

Cost

Option 1 is just £10 per month or £100 per year (saving £20)

Option 2

This option includes all of the above plus a physical hardware check of your PC at our workshop in Gosforth. (Includes free collection and delivery within 10 mile radius)

Cost

£150 per year

Option 3 (Full Maintenance and Warranty)

This option includes all of the above plus we will provide you with an extended warranty on your PC (Conditions Apply). The warranty is available for all desktop PC’s and includes full replacement, parts and labour of any component. We provide this cover specifically for customers that want peace of mind. If you have a problem with your system, even after the manufacturers warranty has expired you can take out extended cover with North East Computer Systems Ltd.
